Perry's Electric Motors Customer Policies

We urge you to select the product carefully. Be sure you select the proper electric motor or VFD for your application. The most common reason for motor failure is the wrong motor for a given application. The manufacturers will not approve warranties for overloaded motors.  Also, be sure you have wired the motor for the proper voltage. Be sure to check your fuses and overloads before powering up.  We recommend that only qualified, licensed electricians install these electric motors. Always disconnect and lock out the power before proceeding with any repair or installation.

Freight & Shipping policy:

All products under 71# will be shipped via UPS.  U.P.S. only ships to valid street addresses. If all you have is a Post Office Box you will be accessed for any additional costs related to the post office. All items sent via the U.S. Postal Service will be sent "Insured" with "return receipt", subject to their restrictions.

Products over 71#: We will determine which is more economical, either U.P.S. or trucking company, then advise you of the cost. All items shipped via trucking company will be shipped "Freight Collect" unless other arrangements have been made.

Electric Motors over 1,000# may qualify for FREE SHIPPING.  Motors may be shipped direct from the manufacturers nearest warehouse direct to you.

All shipping weight stated is approximate.

Most orders should be shipped out within 24 hours upon receipt of your credit approved order.

Return Policy:

Any product you wish to return, must have a Return Material Authorization (RMA). All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Perry's Electric Motors retains the right to refuse any return.  If you are unsure if a particular product will fit your application--call us--we will be glad to assist you in your selection.  Shipping charges incurred to deliver the product to you will not be refunded.  All material must be returned "prepaid" shipping. 

We urge you to carefully select your product to be sure it is what you need for your particular application. We don't want to sell the wrong item. If in doubt call us.

Warranty:

All products come with their own respective manufacturers factory warranty & are subject to those manufacturers policies & procedures.  All products returned to us for warranty, will be returned to the respective manufacture for their evaluation if we are not the warranty repair shop. Upon the manufacturers approval for warranty, credit will be issued to you as allowed to us by the manufacture.

Privacy Policy:

We do not use or disclose information about your individual visits to our site or information that you may give us, such as your name, address, email address or telephone number, credit card info to any outside companies. We will not sell your information to any person or organization. We may, from time to time e-mail information to you,  regarding our site, but only OUR web site. We firmly believe in personal privacy, your information is your own.

If you find an error, please notify us. We will correct the problem.

Errors & Omissions:

Prices and data are subject to change without notice.  We have attempted to take every precaution to insure that all data is error free. However, mistakes sometimes happen, and when discovered, we will correct them.  If you order a product and there is an error that we discover in processing your order, we will notify you via e-mail, fax or phone of this problem.  You will be given the opportunity at that time to either approve or disapprove the final sale.
